基于磁阻传感器的宽量程转速测量电路设计
针对工程中高速宽范围转速测量需求,提出了一种基于磁阻传感器的宽量程转速测量方法。设计了转速信号调理电路 ,着重对实际应用中因磁场不对称、 测量转速范围宽引起测量不可靠问题进行了分析和实验研究 ,最终 ,确定了转速信号调理电路参数 ,使得在最高转速达 120 000 r /min的条件下工作可靠 ,并成功应用于微型涡喷发动机控制系统。- In order to measure the wide range rotati on speed in engineering, a kind of r otati on speed measurement method based on magnetorsistive sensor is proposed and the circuit is designed . The uncertainty of measurement caused by dissymmetry magnetic field and wide range of rotati on speed in the application is studied in detail . As a result, the conditioning circuit parameters are got,which makes the measurement work well at a high rotati on speed of 120000 r /min . It is applied successfully to the microturbine engine control system.
