- 本微波光子发生器仿真软件实现了对一种基于两个光纤光栅的新光子微波发生器的仿真分析,仿真方案有连续波激光器、分光器、两个中心波长频率差为要产生的微波、毫米波的光纤光栅、耦合器、高速光电探测器、带通滤波器组成。连续波激光器发出的光谱经分光器分为两部分,分别输入两个光纤光栅,利用光栅的波长选择特性取得反射波,这两束反射波经过耦合器耦合后输出到高速光电探测器,输出为包含所需频率毫米波的电信号,再经过带通滤波器后得到需要的毫米波信号。其最大特色是集中了射频波和光波技术的优点,充分利用光纤光栅的波长选择特性
