Proteus
- 目前在单片机的教学过程中，Labcenter Electronics 推出的 EDA 软件 Proteus（普罗特斯）已越来越 受到重视，并被提倡应用于单片机数字实验室的构建之中。Proteus 是一款功能较为全面的电子设计自动 化软件，它不但可用于 PCB 设计以及模拟和数字电路仿真分析，还可应用于单片机及其外围电路的仿 真，支持的微处理器芯片（Microprocessors ICs）包括 8051 系列、AVR 系列、PIC 系列、HC11 系列、 ARM7/LPC2000
Keil+proteus
- Proteus6.7是目前最好的模拟单片机外围器件的工具，真的很不错。可以仿真51系列、AVR，PIC等常用的MCU及其外围电路（如LCD，RAM，ROM，键盘，马达，LED，AD/DA，部分SPI器件，部分IIC器件，...） 其实proteus与multisim比较类似，只不过它可以仿真MCU！
