部分实现了追踪测速迭代松弛算法，实现串口的数据采集，内含心电信号数据及运用MATLAB写的源代码。- Partially achieved tracking speed iterative relaxation algorithm, Achieve serial data acquisition, ECG data and includes source code written in MATLAB.
