程序实现的功能是：使用一个带有GPS接收器的Windows Mobile移动电话，创建一个简单的基于SMS短信的跟踪程序。这样的程序已经有了一些商业程序（定位一个人或者设备的所在位置）和个人程序（指示一下你朋友的位置，然后计算出相互的距离），此程序的目的就是对其所需的所有技术进行探讨。它会通过GPS设备得到GPS信息，然后把这些信息通过短信发送给电话主人或朋友。涉及到技术有：GPS设备交互（不需要通过其他应用程序得到GPS数据），获得当前GPS位置，发送短信。-The program featu
