fvs_enhancer：指纹增强程序，描述了如何使用该库增强指纹图像。原图像和目标图
像都是位图。
fvs_direction：描述了如何提取方向图。输入图像必须是归一化的图像，这样才能
有较好的效果。输出图像覆盖于输入图像之上。
fvs_createtestimages：该程序用来产生调试过程中可能会用到的一些位图图像，这
些图像是不同角度和不同间隔的条纹。产生图像的文件名命名方式如下：
