调试串口设备时候接收到客户端发送特定数据时，需要本机回传另一个特定字符串。因为网上不好找到具有类似功能的软件，所以自己写了一个。可以实现接收串口数据，单次发送，连续发送，接收特定数据后发送的功能。可以接收、显示、发送十六进制或者ascii。缺点是串口没有采用Overlapped方式，发送数据的时候会有点慢。另外软件的应用上面也有点不够人性化。拟改进。
