采用txt进行文件存储，同时进行listbox（列表）显示-Using text for file storage, at the same time listbox (list) displays

实现GPIB设备识别列表显示，输出选择的GPIB设备信息，将波形图发送到GPIB接口的示波器设备并显示出来。-For device identification display list GPIB, GPIB output selection device information will be sent to the waveform of the oscilloscope GPIB interface device and displayed.

列表框滚动更新，做显示用,可以自动刷新界面(Listbox rolling updata,for show the data,It can flash the screen automaticly)
