delphi版的基于词频字典的分词算法，其中dict目录下为词频字典。对于未注册词也有一定的识别能力。

It s a simple dictionary VCL component. Can translate from input text file (only words, not sentences) and generates the translated (output) file. It is under GPL licence. I included a test English-Hungarian dictionary.
