- CELL-ID技术是目前最简单的定位技术,它的原理是通过获取目标手机所在的蜂窝小区ID来确定其所在的位置,提供给定位用户。它不需要移动台提供任何定位测量信息,也无须对现网进行改动,只需要在网络侧增加简单的定位流程处理即可,因而最容易实现,目前这种定位技术已经在各移动网络中广泛使用。它的定位原理很简单:网络根据移动台当前的服务基站的位置和小区覆盖来定位移动台。若小区为全向小区,则移动台的位置是以服务基站为中心,半径为小区覆盖半径的一个圆内;若小区分扇区,则可以进一步确定移动台处于某扇区覆盖的范围内
