svn 的jar包，解压后将plugins里面的文件直接复制到eclipse下边相应的文件夹就可以用-SVN jars, expanded to the inside of the plugins files directly copied to eclipse can use under the corresponding folder

svn1.8中elipse插件，只需拷贝jar到eclipse，plugin路径下(Elipse plug-in in svn1.8, just copy jar to eclipse, plugin path)
