该算法在原有KNN的基础上实现自动选择最佳K值，并且在不同数据集中具有通用性，同时附有评价算法。-this algorithm can choose the best value of K based the original KNN algrithm,and it can be used universally in different dataset,it also include a measure algrithm to estimate the result.
