VC++局部放大图像演示实例，WEB上有不少类似的应用，一般都使用插件实现，用VC实现倒是还没有见过，不过应该也不复杂，其实也就是一个放大镜效果，鼠标移动到图片上，会把接近的区域按比例放大，本例子中添加了两个快捷功能，点鼠标左键是缩小图像，右键是放大图像。
