由于系统采用的是B/S的构架，所以对JSP,JAVABENA的编程有很高的要求，还有要用到HTML,JAVAscr ipt语言，以上都是该系统的核心部分。

具体实现为：

1、建立和数据库的连接 2、部属JSP页面的显示模式和功能的套用 3、利用STRUTS实现mvc模式的B/S的MIS系统的开发
