本系统是利用公共通信网作传输媒体的面向

听便进行模拟摘机，摘机后将主人留言发送给对

方，最后录入对方语音，直到检测到对方挂机为止

完成录音电话的功能。当有预先设定的警情发生

时，能自动拨打已存储好的三组电话号码或手机、

寻呼机号码，对方摘机后自动播放已录制好的语

音报警信息。
