仪表盘方式显示CPU和硬盘温度及系统信息

这个代码很不错，纯手工代码描绘仪表盘，很形象的显示CPU和硬盘温度以及系统信息。可以看出作者控制线条及坐标的功力。仪表绘制方面没有使用API，都是纯VB代码。
