信息时代的到来，迫切要求我们的教育进行改革。教学中如何利用超文本技术、网络技术、信息高速公路等实现互动教育成为摆在教育工作者面前的一个重要课题。现代远程教育以信息交流快、内容丰富、交互性强等特点作为一种新的教育模式，它的出现，对现有的教育手段是一次强有力的冲击，而且对人们旧有的教育观念产生了深刻的影响。

系统采用浏览器/服务器（B/S）模式，基于JSP技术，以SQL Server数据库作为后台数据库，使用Dreamweaver开发，实现对文件的上传下载，学生和教师信息的管理。

系统实现的功能模块主要有：学生模块、教师模块、管理员模块、留言板模块。系统把这些功能模块有机的组织起来，已经具备较高的实用价值。
