本抽奖程序采用JS+HTML编写，效果精美，抽奖声效俱全，采用全键盘操作，并且判断去掉重复中奖



在使用的时候，首先需要允许Axtivex组件的运行和Javascr ipt的运行



系统初始化后，首先按F9切换菜单，看看系统初始化是否成功，如果不能调出菜单，按F5刷新试试



程序解压不要放在桌面，因为桌面的路径有空格，可能会造成数据路径识别出错
