也是最重要的工作。

就笔者个人的经验，商用工程开发，很多时候不仅仅是技术的工作，更多是人的工作，

这要求设计师不仅仅从技术角度考虑项目设计的可实施性，更多地还要根据团队成员的能

力，工作态度，学习精神，考虑团队目标的可达成性。
