闲来无事，做下无聊程序，编译环境VC++，在窗体对话框中打开新的IE窗口，或是HTML网页，对话框显示/打开网页，利用默认浏览器打开网页：

　　1)对话框内部显示HTML网页.

　　2)利用默认浏览器打开网页.

　　3)利用程序中调用网页对话框打开网页.

-Nothing better to do under the boring process, the build environment VC++, in the form dialog box, open a new IE window, or HTML page, the dialog box display/open the page, use the default browser open the page: 1) within the dialog box display HTML pages. 2) the use of the default browser open the page. 3) the use of a program called Web Page dialog box opens.
