核心部分为电梯调度控制台。控制台拥有电梯状态及电梯工作任务队列同时负责电梯任务的分配。任务分为二种，外部按钮任务和内部按钮任务。

外部按钮任务需要先寻找最佳来执行这项任务的电梯，根据任务和电梯当前的运行状态来判断，又有以下四类：1、电梯同向可以执行；2、电梯空闲；3、电梯逆向；4、电梯同向不可执行。判断顺序即为1、2、3、4。判断任　　　　务属于哪一种类型，按照该类型特点插入任务队列。

　　　　　　内部按钮已经制定执行电梯，因此需判断执行方向后插入队列即可。

当警报按钮按下时候，清空所有队列任务，等待救援……

共有5个线程函数负责从任务队列中接收任务并且执行，主线程负责窗口消息的处理。
