UCOS-III中支持了时间片的轮转调度，为了减少关中断的时间，

内核在对临界段的处理上使用了一些方法，比如为防止中断中访问

临界段代码，把中断的事情分两步来做，即中断中把对内核的操作

仅做保存，实际的操作推迟到一个称为OS_IntQTask中完成！这样

就可以在程序中使用禁止调度的方式来处理临界段的代码，也大大

减少了关中断的时间！但这并不意味着这种方法就是最优了，它是在

任务切换的消耗和关中断的时间来平衡的，所以UCOS-III也支持使用
