　　在Eclipse中启动Tomcat，在IE浏览器的地址栏中输入“http”//localhost:8080/cms”，即可打开新闻发布系统的主页。

　　默认的管理员用户名和密码均为“admin”或“pjww”，用户登录后即可自行添加栏目和新闻。-In Eclipse, start Tomcat, the IE browser' s address bar, enter " http" // localhost: 8080/cms " , to open the news release system home page. The default administrator user name and password are"　admin " or"　pjww " , users log in to add their own columns and news.
