　　首次运行会产生一个 city.txt 的UTF编码文件纪录城市信息。软件无需安装。可以在任何支持jre 1.6 以上的环境中运行。

　　运行办法：安装JRE后直接双击 QierWeather.jar

　　或者 双击 "启儿天气"的快捷方式
