1、HTML 格式的API 函数中文说明虽然不错，但是要找某一个函数还是很麻烦，故我将它们编译成现在流行的chm格式，希望能给大家带来方便。



2、本大全不是由我翻译，很遗憾，我不记得这位大师的名字，如果有人知道就请告诉我。但愿我的工作不会惹得他不高兴！
