电子政务与办公自动化初探



　　全球性的网络化、信息化进程正改变着人们的生活方式，Internet技术应用以及电子商务的飞速增长给人们生活工作的各个层面带来了深刻的影响。回顾我国政务信息化的进程，大致可分为三个阶段：（1）以桌面字处理工具为典型的个人办公工具软件阶段，计算机应用提高了个人工作效率。（2）基于关系型数据库技术，以C/S体系结构应用为特征阶段，这一阶段基本实现了部门级的数据处理、公文处理等的自动化。（3）基于符合Internet/Intranet技术标准的平台应用阶段，这一阶段，不仅在技术上有了很大进步，而且应用范围已从部门内部、部门之间扩展到行业/系统内部，乃至跨部委跨系统-e-government and office automation of a global network, information technology is changing people's lifestyle, Internet technology applications and the rapid growth of e-commerce to the people living and working at various aspects of bringing about a profound affected.
