基本功能：前台未注册用户可以浏览系统所有信息，只有注册用户才能发表评论；

注册用户进入个人中心发表文章，修改个人相关信息；

后台：文章管理，用户管理，数据库备份，留言管理，评论管理。

管理员可以发表文章，查看系统所有注册用户，可将用户升级为管理员，备份数据库，查看留言并回复；

由于系统运用了伪静态，因此要对IIS进行相关配置；配置方法位于根目录下的网站配置.txt；

后台管理目录：manage/admin_index.aspx

数据库在DB_51aspx文件夹中，附加即可。

登陆用户名和密码是51aspx
