自己写的vb程序，配合下位机程序，可完成数据收发，图表显示等功能，用于调速等等

本程序的运行环境为VB6.0。

如果不能运行，可能是你的VB中不包括MSCOMM控件，需要注册MSCOMM控件。

点击SETUP文件夹下的SETUP命令，则会在您的机子上安装串口程序，并注册MSCOMM控件
