传统异步电机直接转矩控制多采用六边形磁链控制或六区间的圆形磁链控制,容易造
成转矩和磁链脉动过大,限制了其实用范围。针对此缺陷,本文采用矢量细分的方法,将传统的六电压矢量和六扇区细分为十二电压矢量和十二个扇区,制定了相应的矢量开关表,并通过 MATLAB 对其进行了仿真实验。仿真结果表明,基于矢量细分的异步电机直接转矩控制能够有效改善磁链轨迹,减小转矩脉动,提高系统控制性能。 -Conventional induction motor direct torque control multiple uses hexagonal flux control or six intervals round flux control, likely to cause the torque and flux ripple is too large, in fact, with limited scope. For this defect, we use the vector segmentation method, the traditional six voltage vectors and six sectors subdivided into twelve voltage vector and twelve sectors, the development of the corresponding vector switching table, and through its MATLAB a simulation experiment. Simulation results show that vector-based segmentation of Induction Motor Direct Torque Control can effectively improve the flux trajectory, reducing the torque ripple and improve the system control performance.
