Image Edit控件的使用：

该程序比较简单，主要实现三个功能：

1.打开一个image文件，显示在ImgEdit控件里。

2.图片另存为,只能保存为与当前图片一样格式的文件

3.图片的旋转（顺时针和逆时针）
