Delphi为程序增加日志记录功能，记录每一位用户进入软件后所进行的每一步操作，称为操作日志或历史记录吧，便于管理员维护软件，示例较简单，窗口中其它菜单的功能是空的，只有日志--->日志查看的功能是正常的，主要是向大家演示的。
