Delphi:一个Delphi图片剪切的例子，按回车剪切，只支持打开BMP.EMF等格式都可以，但没见到支持JPG。本实例是Delphi开发案例精选中后个例子，使用TextOut在画布上画图。打开程序选择图像后，用鼠标右键拖选出一个区域，按回车键直接剪切图像。
