一级投资人买入撮合规则：
将所有卖出该股票的二级投资人进行排序，排序规则是：
卖出价格优先，数量优先，时间优先，（即首先比价格，价格小的排在前面，价格相同的情况下，比数量，数量大的排前面；价格和数量均相同的情况下，比时间，时间早的排在前面）
