通过编程实现：通过串口输入，点亮Micro2440板子上的LED灯
输入“1+”(先输入1，然后再输入+)，LED1亮；输入“1-”(先输入1，然后再输入-)， LED1熄灭。
输入“2+” ，LED2亮；输入“2-” ， LED2熄灭。
输入“3+” ，LED3亮；输入“3-” ， LED3熄灭。
输入“4+” ，LED4亮；输入“4-” ， LED4熄灭。
输入其他无关字符，则只回显，LED灯状态不变。
