TDA1308是一块新型的低电压、低失真、高速率、强输出的运算放大器集成电路。它的输出级采用了MOS管,可以直接推动32Ω的耳机。在TDA1308电路的应用说明书中,给出一个增益为1的单端供电、负端输入放大电路,但笔者试改变其外围,把它接成双端供电的正输入放大电路,增益为10倍。这样改进的优点是,取消了输出电容,拓展了低频下限,并得到了所需的增益倍数。这个电路如图1所示。NE5532N构成的10倍线路放大器非常接近,除了增加由R3、C4和R7、C13构成的两个RC消振网络以外其余基本相同。该放大器的关键就在于选材与制作工艺。袖珍耳机放大器电路:-TDA1308 is a new type of low voltage, low distortion, high speed, strong output operational amplifier IC.
