The Multiscale Diagram is a function that estimates the scaling exponents zeta_q for a set of moment orders q, using either the

L2 (energy) preserving normalisation for the wavelet coefficients. The function can be used to inspect the presence of monofractal and/or multifractal behaviour of time series, such as network traffic traces.
