温度控制系统的设计与实现

第一阶段我们已经完成了电源板、变送器和驱动器。

本学期的第二阶段要求是完成温度控制系统的设计与实现。

电路设计

　　⑴ 核心单元—单片机应用电路

　　⑵ 模拟量接口—A/D、D/A 电路

　　⑶ 人机交互单元—显示、键盘控制电路

程序设计

⑴ 控制模/数转换进行温度数据采集。

⑵ 控制数/模转换改变控温元件工作状态，进行温度控制。

⑶ 控制键盘与显示器，进行控制温度设定和测量温度显示。

⑷ 将温度数据转换为显示温度数值的算法程序。

⑸ 控制温度精确、平稳变化的的算法程序。

系统联调

⑴ 电路系统联调，配合测试程序实现基本的测温、控温功能。

⑵ 程序联调，通过电路系统实现精确、平稳的温度控制。

The temperature data is converted to display temperature numerical algorithm.

The temperature control precision, smooth change algorithm.

The circuit system debugging with testing program to realize the basic function of the temperature measurement and control.
