Develop gustbook v1.2 更新内容
前台：
1.增加了一个小导航栏，把之前满天飞的功能链接牢牢固定了下来。^_^
2.对字体和颜色做了些小调整。
后台：
1.修正了后台留言管理中链接错位的现象。
2.后台的系统设置中增加了修改系统名称，留言显示条数，显示方式，过滤敏感词语功能。
3.修正了主人回复可以为空的BUG-Gustbook v1.2 Develop update content

2 make some minor adjustments to the font and color.
backstage：
1 correction of the background of the link in the management of the dislocation of the phenomenon.
