系统由三类用户组成：系统管理员、评审专家和教师。根据流程设计，不同的用户具有不同的操作权限。

系统管理员：评审项目添加、评审项目分组、评审专家库管理、指派评审专家、监控评审进度、汇总评审结果。

评审专家：网上评阅、网上打分、填写专家意见、汇总权限里作品评审结果。-System consists of three types of users: the system administrators, reviewers and teachers. According to the process design, different users have different operating authority.
