本设计主要研究设计了电能质量相关指标和影响的各要素，然后叙述国内外相关研究设计成果，介绍了有关电能质量方面的一些概念，给出本课题要研究设计的主要内容，在此基础上，进一步分析了哪些因素能够影响到电能质量，以及给电网带来的潜在危害。-The design of the main study, designs the relevant indicators of the quality and impact of the various elements, and then describes the domestic and foreign related research result, introduced the electric energy quality of some of the concepts and given the task to the main content of the study design, on this basis, further analysis of the factors which can affect the power quality and the potential harm to the power grid.
