asp邮件群发系统在广优邮件发送系统v3.0的基础上修改。



修改原来单一SMTP,增加SMTP的增加与修改,实现多SMTP选择；

增加单发和群发模式下SMTP的选择，以及可在邮件正文中插入时间变量{time}；-asp mass-mailing system wide messages sent preferably modified on the basis of the system v3.0.
