电子地图中使用的道路信息，是按照地图数据格式存储在一个二进制文件中的；其中每条道路都被赋予了独一无二的编号，称为LinkID；在存储文件中道路信息是无序存储的(针对LinkID是无序的)。

针对地图数据的特点，开发一个管理系统，实现对地图数据的读取、查询、排序、导出、更新等操作。
