PCR 是由金属轴、导电泡沫橡胶层、电阻层、保护层构成，负责为 OPC 表面充电。当使用一到二个周期后，PCR 容易发生老化，造成表面电阻增加。对于生产厂家来说，检测 PCR 的表面电阻非常重要。因此，设计一个 PCR 电阻检测系统，用于批量检测 PCR 部件的优劣是非常必要的。 本 PCR 电阻检测系统实现的功能如下： 50V ~ 500V高压可调产生电路、电流取样电路及调理、矩阵按键实现、上位机通信及调试信息显示(PCR is composed of metal shaft, conductive foam rubber layer, resistance layer, protective layer, responsible for charging the OPC surface. When one to two cycles are used, the PCR is susceptible to aging, resulting in an increase in surface resistance. For the manufacturer, it is important to detect the surface resistance of the PCR. Therefore, it is necessary to design a PCR resistor detection system for batch detection of the advantages and disadvantages of PCR components. The PCR resistance detection system to achieve the following functions: 50V ~ 500V high voltage adjustable generation circuit, current sampling circuit and conditioning, matrix button to achieve, the host computer communication and debugging information display)
