SCEUA算法的vb版本，搜罗了那么久终于获得。算法本身在03年左右就有了，但是vb版本直到今日才搜寻到。略有过时，但是也不错。
算法本身未作测试，谨慎下载。(The VB version of the SCEUA algorithm has been finally obtained for so long. The algorithm itself was in about 03 years or so, but the VB version did not search until today. It's a bit out of date, but it's good.
