布谷鸟搜索算法Cuckoo Search（CS）,也叫杜鹃搜索,是由剑桥大学Xin-She Yang(杨新社)教授和S.Deb于2009年提出的一种新兴启发算法CS算法通过模拟某些种属布谷鸟(Cuckoo Species)的寄生育雏(Brood Parasitism)来有效地求解最优化问题的算法.同时，CS也采用相关的Levy飞行搜索机制。(The cuckoo search algorithm Cuckoo Search (CS), also called the azalea search, is an efficient algorithm for solving optimization problems by simulating the parasitic brood (Brood Parasitism) of certain species of cuckoo (Cuckoo Species) by a new heuristic algorithm CS algorithm proposed by University of Cambridge Xin-She Yang (Yang Xinshe) and S.Deb in 2009.
