设计一个交通信号灯类:
(1) 变量:位置、颜色(红、黄、绿)、显示时间(秒)。
(2) 方法:切(3) 换信号灯。
创建并启动两个线程(东西向、南北向)同时运行。

(5) 设计路口信号灯示意图界面。
(6) 进一步将每个方向的信号灯分成3种车道灯:左转、直行和右转。
