test-g7112pcm.exe:将G711A转化为pcm格式，运行程序，输入文件名后，再输入转化的单位字节（以每80/160 short单位转化）

testresample.exe:将pcm 8k,16 bit,1 channel转化为16k,16bit,1channel-pcmtest-8k.exe:play pcm data file(8k , 16 bit,1 channel)

pcmtest-16k.exe:play pcm data file(16k , 16 bit,1 channel)
