本文提出了一种基于DSP处理器的数字OQPSK调制器实现方案，让OQPSK调制器的大部分功能由DSP处理器执行相应的算法实现，此方案省去了大量的硬件电路，具有体积小、功耗低、稳定可靠等优点。

-This paper presents a DSP processor based digital OQPSK modulator implementations, so that most of the functionality OQPSK modulator by the DSP processor performs the appropriate algorithm, this scheme eliminates the need for a large number of hardware circuit, small in size, power consumption is low, stable and reliable.
