系统运行于Sun Solaris Unix系统，数据库采用Oracle9i ，Web部分采用Weblogic

服务器。后台主要由数据采集系统从AAA服务器采定时采集出用户的登入登出信息，

存入数据库相应的表中，由数据整合系统定时对采集的数据按时、天、月、年进行

整合，以便对web部分的查询提供支持。前台部分主要分为用户自服务管理，资费
