功能： 用鼠标打开/关闭CD-ROM的工具。

动机： 由于写字台空间有限，我自己的PC被迫放到桌旁的地上，开、关CD-ROM很不方便，所以就编了这么一个东西。后来考虑到经常在关机时将光盘忘记在光驱里，因此又加了一个“退出Windows时自动弹出CD”功能。

说明： 源代码中不仅演示了对光驱的操作，还演示了动态菜单、tray app的实现。
